SuperSport secures Broadcast Rights for CAF Interclub Competitions

SuperSport and the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) today announced new media rights and TV agreements for the 2024/25 CAF Interclub Competitions to broadcast in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The rights include African football’s most popular Club competitions: TotalEnergies CAF Champions League 2024/25, TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup 2024/25, CAF Women’s Champions League 2024 and TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2025.

This means fervent African football fans will get a chance to see their favourite clubs in action on Your World of Champions, such as South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates (TotalEnergies CAF Champions League) and Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies (Women’s Champions League).

Other African giants on show include Champions League title-holders Al Ahly (Egypt), Espérance Sportive de Tunis (Tunisia), CR Belouizdad (Algeria), Raja Casablanca (Morocco) and TP Mazembe (DR Congo), who have all qualified for the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League group stages. The group stage draw will take place at the CAF headquarters in Cairo on Monday, 7 October 2024.
